1) Full Name of Member
2) Set of Tees Played From
3) Date
4) Member's Signature
5) Attest's Signature (may be a non member)
6) Total Score & Modified Score by ESC (Equitalble Stroke Control).
What is Equitable Stroke Control?
Equitable Stroke Control, or ESC, is a system used by the USGA to minimize the effects of "disaster holes" on handicap indexes.If your Handicap is: Maximum Score on any Hole is:
9 or less Double Bogey
10 thru 19 7
20 thru 29 8
30 thru 39 9
40 + 10
If you are not sure of your handicap or you have questions concerning your scorecard, contact a member of the Handicap Committee.
